You just kayak around the roped off swimming area, over near the pier you should see some fish..

How Do You Reserve Snorkeling From The Beach?

Currently the snorkel tour from PB has been canceled, you can take a tour from the watersports vendor next door though, I think its like $35 per person and it is a glass bottom boat... No resi needed..
