Is There a Way To Determine If a Group Is Booked On Your Cruise

I have clicked on the website recommended and it came up with a page that listed all the cruise lines. I clicked on Zaandamn and it came up with today's date. I tried to add the date I was going on the cruise. Has this website been updated? I didn't want to read through 22 pages to find out. Am I doing something wrong or is it just too soon?

We knew there was a group on our cruise but had been unable to identify them.

 

Just learned through a member on our roll call, "There will be not only travel agents but representatives from the other cruiselines and tour operators, I would estimate 400 just an estimate."

Does anyone know what HAL has planned for this dry dock?

 

I read on another thread they will be replacing the thrusters and no soft work (drapes, bedding, furniture, carpets) will be addressed.

I am booked on the Westerdam March 17-April 6, 2013, Panama canal. Does anyone know if a large group will be sailing than? Has anyone found a way to look it up independently?

Normally big groups don't book cruises longer than 7 days, so you should be OK.

If your cruise is not on the list it does not necessarily mean there is no group just that we do not know of one.

We have been impacted by large groups. A group of 700 were on our Panama Canal cruise. Areas were closed. They had their own music at the pool and the menus catered to their group.

We liked the music, liked the food but did find some venues closed to us.

I just found out that the Westerdam will host a Soul Train cruise on Feb 23- Mar 2 2014. NOT the stereotypical HAL cruise!

So happy to find this! Was on a cruise with poker player group and it certainly impacted our enjoyment. Not able to have meals when we preferred led to missing activities we enjoyed etc.
