Hi,

I'm considering booking a 3-day cruise on the Sensation out of Port Canaveral. I can get one oceanview room for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen), or I can get two separate rooms for $200 more (an oceanview for us, an interior for the kids). Is it really worth $200 more to have separate rooms, or on a 3-day cruise would that money be better spent on more shore activities and mom's bar bill :D? FWIW, the kids are really great and I don't worry about them being in a room by themselves across the hall. It's really a matter of $$.

I've been thinking about different cruises so hard that I can think anymore! Any advice/experiences welcome!

for a 3 day cruise, i say no way. too short. not much time will be spent in there. if it were longer, w/ more sea days, i'd say it wld be worth it. i say save the $ and use it toward the S&S bill.

Thanks everyone. That's what I was thinking, but it's nice to know that I'm not totally brain-fried!

This is only my second cruise, so I really appreciate all the time you veteran cruisers take to answer questions and give advice.
