Tom,

 

We will be visiting Cozumel on the Sensation in a couple of weeks. We will be in Cozumel on Tue Sept 7. We have 13 in our group & have been looking forward to visiting your place after reading all the great reviews here.

 

One question. There is one in our group who is confined to a wheelchair. Any problems with wheelchair access at your facility?

There`s about 6 steps to negotiate after the taxi drops you off at the entrance. We have a maintenance crew that doubles as cheap muscle, so we can lift anything, anywhere! Just ask for help at the bar which is the 1st thing you`ll see, we`re very accomodating!
