Time for both the Baths and Dolphin Swim?

Hi all,

 

Our ship will be in Tortola between 7am-5pm. We can't decide between catching the ferry to the baths or going to the Dolphin Swim.

 

I know the ferry to the baths is very near the docking pier, however, where is the Dolphin Discovery Center located? They have a swim at 2 pm that lasts an hour.

 

Can anyone comment on whether we'd have enough time to get off the ship and catch the ferry to Virgin Gorda, catch the ferry back to Tortola and make it to the dolphin swim and back to our ship by departure? I know it sounds crazy but I'm trying to please everyone. - SF

Prospect Reef, which is the Dolphin Discovery site for Tortola, is only a short way up the coast from the cruise port, practically in sight. It's a less than 5 minute taxi ride.
