Flight questions

Good morning everyone! I am looking for some help. This will be our family's first time flying through Carnival to get to our cruise out of Miami. Our E-docs finally show our flight itenary. We will be flying on American Airlines. So far it still shows our ticket number as pending (until about 45 days out and we're at 83 now I believe). Will we get boarding passes and whatnot from American Airlines? I know from reading other posts to make sure we call the airline to verify seats. I just wasnt sure how we get our boarding passes. For anyone curious, Carnival put us on a 6:15am flight out of Newark, arriving in Miami at 9am. Our return flight is a bit late, leaving at 8pm and arriving in Newark at 11pm. Thanks for any help! :D

Call American. We called early and got all the details plus seat assignments etc.

Ok so I was on the Carnival site just a little while ago. I was able to view the flight info under my E-Docs. Final payment was made right before July 4th and on the 4th, I was able to see the flight info, even though it was not 75 days. Now I just went back to the site again to get the booking number and it says I cant view the flight info until it is 75 days out. Strange.. wonder if its possible that the flights can change?
