Advice on my Event Ticker

I'm trying to make a new event ticker I've had it several times but at the very last I get "not a valid file". As you can see, I've done this before but I just can't get it right this time. Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm using Iberostar if that matters. Thanks in advance for your help.

Try this....Go to User CP, then to edit options. Scroll down to Thread Display Options & make sure those 3 boxes have a check in it. Once you've done that, try to add a countdown clock to your signature & see if that works. I hope this helps you!:)
