Ghost tours--HELP

Are there any "rest breaks" during the 2 hour walking tours/Ghost Tours ? Are the carriage tours a good way to hear the history and sights of the French Quarter ? I have just a little concern about the 2 hours of walking being "almost" elderly with some arthritis in my feet. :o

NKG6002,

The walking tours that my DW and I have been on all have at least one 15 minute break so that you can rest and get a refill. Wear comfortable shoes and watch where you walk as there will be some parts of your tour where you'll be on cobblestones.

You're in for a treat if you go on one of the vampire or ghost tours in the French Quarter.

Which tur do you suggest...Vampire or Ghost ? We won't hve time for both this tip :(

Hi NK,

Here's a short description of the tours:

If I had to choose, I would do the cemetery tour during the day first. Second would be the ghost tour at night.

However, that's just my personal preference. Others may like the vampire tour best.
