Where To Buy Bottled Water-old San Juan???

I know everyone says the ships water is good and I agree, but just for convenience, we like bottled water. Our little ones drop the bottles, get them dirty, etc, so we'd rather not refill them.

 

We fly in very late the night before the cruise departs, so I don't think stopping somewhere along the way to OSJ is an option. Just wandering if there is somewhere in OSJ-grocery store maybe-to buy a case of water.

There is a Pueblo Supermarket in OSJ at #201 Cruz St. across from Plaza de Armas. There is also a Drug store next door. We usually buy our soda there.

50 cents a bottle (cold) at most souvenir shops/variety stores in Old Town

or..... Puerto Rican Drug Co. (drugstore) at 157 Calle San Fransisco.

 

One of the main streets. Not too far from old town piers.

 

Go to www.langland.org/cruises/sanjuan.asp and scroll down and click on maps link..... there is a good one that shows San Fransisco street in relation to the piers.

There is a liquor store in the port terminal building that is right down in Old San Juan. I know they sold soda. They may also sell bottled water. You did not say which ship you are on. Celebrity and sometimes RCI sails from the Pan Am pier, which does not have these facilities. You may need to wait until your first port of call.
