Does it take longer to receive docs if booked a guaranteed cabin?

Cruising Aug. 27, still no docs. Should I be worried? Do folks that book guaranteed rooms generally take longer to receive their docs via mail? TIA

I have a friend who books them when he cruises, and usually they arrive a couple of weeks in advance. But for his last cruise they arrived over a month in advance.

Make sure you choose paper tickets instead of e-docks when you registered.

I booked a guarantee at the end of June for an Aug 25 cruise and requested paper docs. I received them 29 days out. Have you gone into your docs online? If so you'll have to print them off there now as once you make that choice, they won't send paper docs. Call your TO or PVP, whichever you used. Even if you don't get them you can print them off form the Carnival website.... After I got my paper docs, I printed them off just to have the second set...

If you can still get Edocs, on the carnival site, just do that, then there will be no worries. Check and Make sure that when you booked, your TA didnt put e-docs to start, as well, maybe they are just sitting there waiting to be printed.
