My wife and I sailed on 08/05 on the Adventure of the Seas. This was our first cruise. We loved the Royal Promenade. Do all the Royal Caribbean Ships have this kind of open shoping area? Which ones have it?

No, only Voyager Class and Freedom Class ships have the Royal Promenade. The Promenades on Freedom class ships are actually larger with more stores. Freedom ships have the addition of Sorrentos Pizza, a full size Ben & Jerry's, an additional closthing store, and a barber shop.
