Never had an aft cabin before but everyone seems to love them. In the above room, are the people on deck 9 above able to look down on the balcony? Thanks:)

From above, only the last 3 feet or so by the back railing is visible from above. The remainder of the balcony is covered by metal deck and canvas tarp.

 

It is a good setup as it allows some sun on the balcony and does not block your view.

You must mean 8170, 8070 is NOT an aft cabin on the M class, make sure you reserve the correct number.

Indeed my room is 8170 on the constellation. Three feet sure is not a lot and it looks great in pictures. :)
