travel-to-go Posted September 16, 2007 #51 Share Posted September 16, 2007 Don’t lurk, dear Andy, whatever you doDon’t lurk because you’re afraid. All the C-posters are waiting for you As Host, you should not evade! Carol (How 'bout some Cole Porter or Gershwin next?) Isn't he the one that sang, "Don't you Step on my Blue Danube!"? No no! don't shoot me, I'm a nice person :D Aw, heck, Casshew! You can't fool me Shoot's just sht with to O's! So skip the Aug 8th with all that fol-de-rol and do the double crossing with us! Your daughter will love it! Do some NYC shopping on the return before heading back to the hinterlands! Karie, who is throwing caution (and money!) to the winds! What the heck, it's only money! No doubt we would have a wonderful time! :) Unfortunately, I cannot afford April because my August 08 crossing + 5 Nights in NYC + 5 Nights in London + flight to NYC + home from London is costing a small fortune.

Only kidding guys! Hey, what's with this chair hog stuff that's talked about on these other lines? Paul That's were there aren't enough deck chairs to go around so you go out EARLY in the morning, plant your stuff on several chairs...go back to bed..have breakfast THEN come out to "your" chairs...it's supposed to be a no-no but I'm told is practised on several of those other lines. I have also read that it can get really ugly when the chairs run out yet look occupied...for hour after empty hour. Not nice.... Wadadli1 Posted September 16, 2007 #57 Share Posted September 16, 2007 You're right: we'll be getting on at the end of the World Cruise and who knows what--or whom--we'll find on board!!! Nothing like a rousing round of singalong to revive everyone's spirit. Besides, don't you think it's about time we had an official CC Song? And what better time to introduce it than on my birthday??? We can rehearse the night before.. M-L Oooh, you've just made me think of a new game. Guess The Tune That Goes With The Lyrics We've Substituted For The Real Ones. Commmmmmm! Only kidding guys! Hey, what's with this chair hog stuff that's talked about on these other lines? Paul It's okay, Paul. They only allow hogs in the kennels on Trans-Atlantics. And Chair hogs! Well, they're a relatively rare breed, not general seen on Cunard. It has to do with breeding. Some kind of 4F thing...or is it 4H, I forget. Anyway. Something to do with some kind of Fair? Or no more than fair? (8) Anon, (So I don't get in trouble!)
