Cooking lessons in Puerto Vallarta

I did this excursion from the Mercury this October. They drove us to the country to a ranch style setting with a large outdoor veranda. This was a setting that people rent for weddings and fiestas. It was lovely and comfortable. There were stations set up for us with staff to help us. We made chile rellanos, refried beans, homemade tortillas, and fresh salsa. There was a bar set up to purchase soft drinks or other drinks. It was interesting to see the countyside and to experience cooking like the locals. I might suspect that Royal Caribbean does something similar. It was fun.
