Sorry to hear that. You should definitely write the letter, they will probably send you a coupon / voucher. Not sure who to contact, but I am sure someone here can tell you.

I stay in my cabin during the munster / life boat drills!!!:D

 

I guess some people think they are better than anyone else. Yet, I bet YOU would be the first to panic and not have the faintest idea what to do and be the one screaming for someone to help you.

If I had written and not heard back in a timely manner, I would send another letter.

 

And I would send it so that it must be signed for and you get notice that it has been delivered.

 

(At the suggestion of a sales person I do this with all those annoying big rebates on big purchases too. It saves a lot a trouble in the long run.)

 

But, I had a problem last year and sent an e-mail to Bob Dickinson's e-mail address (found on CC) and someone called the next day.
