loops Posted October 3, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Which method does everyone prefer...e-docs or paper docs in the mail? I don't know which one to choose.
lvtotrvl1 Posted October 3, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2007 I love edocs...don't have to worry about a thing. The luggage tags take a minute to fill out at the pier. All you really need to do is fill out the funpass online and the cc authorization for sign and sail.
DqALEX Posted October 3, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Which method does everyone prefer...e-docs or paper docs in the mail? I don't know which one to choose. Get both. All you have to do is wait for your paper Docs to come in the mail around 30 days before, after you get them in the mail go and print out your E-docs as a back up. I like the paper for the luggage tags
nonna5 Posted October 3, 2007 #4 Share Posted October 3, 2007 I much prefer paper docs. Even my PVP told me to check paper docs. I really do prefer to have the luggage tags up front. One less thing to do while on vacation:) .

tbjl24 Posted October 3, 2007 #8 Share Posted October 3, 2007 I personally love the paper docs and waiting for them to come in the mail. Kinda lets you know you are getting close!!!!!
dnice1979 Posted October 3, 2007 #9 Share Posted October 3, 2007 That is true I was also kind of trying to decide which one to do
sidekick3_cruiser Posted October 3, 2007 #10 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Haha I made a mistake. I chose E-Docs just so I could look at them and after I chose it, Carnival told me that I could no longer choose paper docs. Eh, doesn't matter though. Expedia told me Carnival is gonna start having every customer print their tickets rather than receiving them in the mail. Although I prefer the mailed tickets in their fancy little blue booklet :D . MarriedInStThomas1807 Posted October 4, 2007 #11 Share Posted October 4, 2007 Once they work out all the kinks, it will be nice to have e-docs. That way you have them and there's no way the post office can lose them.
Hojo's redbeard Posted October 4, 2007 #12 Share Posted October 4, 2007 I chose the paper docs because I really didn't want to have to print my own luggage tags, or fill them out at the pier. Best situation for me would have been edocs, but they mail me luggage tags.
LibrarianCruiser Posted October 4, 2007 #13 Share Posted October 4, 2007 I wonder if any of you paper docs folks could answer my question here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=638653 It's my first cruise, so I could use your infinite wisdom. Plus, I think that if I accidentally messed up my chances for paper docs, my boyfriend might kill me. (OK, not really, but still...)
