December, weather & clothing??

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it. I are cruising RCCL Dec. 16 to Cabo, Mazatlan & PV -- our first trip. What will everyone be wearing? Is is warm enough to swim? I know it will be pleasant, but shorts, sandals, jackets? I don't want to pack all summer clothes and find I need jeans and a sweater or vice-versa. Thanks in advance for your help!

you wont need jeans,,

the only time it will be chilly is coming from CA .. and then the last day back after you pass cabo...

It can get chilly out of LA, and on the way back. However, on your second day out the air gets that tropical feel and it does get quite warm. We were in Cabo, Mazatlan and PV last Christmas time and it was well in the 90's at each port. We're going back during Thanksgiving of next year. We can't wait.
