dnice1979 Posted October 23, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2007 Can anyone tell me how much a general picture that carnival takes of you cost. Some people say $20.00 but maybe they have changed the price again. So now I am asking cruisers who may have recently returned from a cruise to give me a price. I want to know exactly what I am dealing with here I was only taking a set amount of money for S&S card.
lalawgirl Posted October 23, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 23, 2007 It depended on the photo. I remember prices this summer ranged from around $12.oo to over $20.00 (for formal shots).
Sandi149 Posted October 23, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 23, 2007 If you wait until the last day they come down in price. We got an 8 x 10 formal photo with a folio for $15. Regular price was $20.

Never saw that happen! I do think it's a great idea and they may sell more photos that way.

RizzoLee Posted October 24, 2007 #7 Share Posted October 24, 2007 This is actually how we're having our engagement photos done-can't wait. :) Thanks for the prices!
thistoo Posted October 24, 2007 #8 Share Posted October 24, 2007 On the Sensation last week it was $20 for an 8x10. That's all I bought this trip, so I don't recall what the smaller pictures cost, but it was somewhere near the $10 range, I believe.

trarecar Posted October 24, 2007 #11 Share Posted October 24, 2007 It just seems like a pain to go through the TONS of pictures left to get that discount! I tried looking through piles to try and find a picture that we decided to get after all, and finally just gave up.
Sandi149 Posted October 24, 2007 #12 Share Posted October 24, 2007 It just seems like a pain to go through the TONS of pictures left to get that discount! I tried looking through piles to try and find a picture that we decided to get after all, and finally just gave up. I found my picture the next day which was day 3 of a 9 day cruise. I knew from coming on here that they discounted it on the last day. So I waited. I didn't need to have it sit in my cabin. If you plan on buying lots of photos, the savings can be big. I would much rather save my money, then not. ;)
