On ship shopping on the Dawn

We will be docked at Bermuda for 3 nights. I know it is customary for the shops to close while in port. Does anyone know if the shops will be closed the entire time or will they open up the shops at certain times like in the evening?

I was just looking through dailies and found that out. I do understand. I guess I'll just have to make sure I get a good look the first few nights. Hey, I might even save some money!!! But then again, I could go popping through the stores right at the dock!!! I'm sure that is the idea!

On the New England Cruise I believe the shops opened after an hour of leaving that days port. Check your newspaper when you get on board.

The duty free shops and casino's are always closed while in port and re open about an hour out of port. They have to be a certain amt. of nautical miles out before they can open.

Dont worry, I was in bermuda last year and even though the shops

on the ship are closed, their are more than enough places to shop in

Bermuda including the first Lui Vitton store I have ever seen(I butchered that name) have fun bermuda is awesome!!!:cool:
