Late arrival St Marteen

Belfast Castle

Recommended Posts

We will be docking at 3pm on 14th November - and leaving again at 11.30 pm - this is our first cruise and our first port of all. So after 2 days at sea we would like to do something. Not sure what.

We would like to go to a beach - Maho to see the big planes. What time is sunset? Is there enough going on in that area to stay there or should we head back to town. Also how should we travel to the beach etc.

Thanks everyone - nearly finished with the questions - am sure you will be glad!!

We are on that same cruise on the Explorer. We booked a tour with Bernard and it includes shopping, time at the beach if you like, going to Sunset Beach Bar which is located at Maho to see the planes land, and stopping at a lolo for barbecue.

St. Martin has a very good night life and I am sure you will be able to find many things to do in the evening..especially after being at sea for 2 days, and who wants to stay on the ship when everything on board will be closed as long as we are in port.
