Zodiac trip in Punta Arenas, Chile

Has anyone taken a private tour by zodiac or catamaran to Magdalena Island to see the penguins? I am considering this in order to avoid the crush of multiple buses taking the ferry and arriving at the penguin area at the same time.

 

If you have taken this I would like to hear about your experience, and which tour agency/guide you used. Specifically, whether the sea was very rough and people got very wet, and whether there were life jackets given out? Also, did you feel like you were in any danger of capsizing? Would you recommend doing this?
