Yes I did it in 2006. Well organized tour and it provided a fascinating, less-touristy exposure to the rural Jamaican countryside. However while it's mainly downhill, the roads are quite rough in places so you need to be careful. All in all, highly recommended!

We LOVED it - the Chukka Cove outfit is a class act and the tour is fantastic. You will NOT regret this excursion!

Mooline, I read your review. From your description of the guides as "caring and cautious", it sounds like they have taken steps to improve the safety aspects of the tour since my unfortunate experience in April 07. That's good to hear.
