joyful34 Posted January 7, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2008 Well when we were there they gave us the recipe but upon arriving home we discovered that they left out 1 very important part.....what makes it thick and creamy? Ice Cream? Who knows they didn't tell us. It cost us over $100 for all these bottles but it made a ton of it and we served it over ice (didn't chance the ice cream theory). Baileys Irish Creme 4oz Kahula 1oz Vodka 1 oz. Dark Rum 1 oz. Ameretto 1 oz. Dark Creme De Cacao 1 oz. Coco Lopez (couldn't find substituted 1 squirt of Hersheys syrup) Add alcohol and mix with 4 oz. whole milk Mix well and store in freezer until it gets really cold! Serve in cold mug topped w/Whip Cream, Nutmeg and cherry! Enjoy!!! Joyful34 6 days till we're cruisin' the Victory~
