Who's the Butler and concierge on Star

Can anyone tell me who the butler and concierge are on the Star right now? We sail in two weeks and are curious if we know them?

Simone Weigel is the Concierge, but she's off on a break. We thought she was one of the very, very best they've got--after all, she was trained by Ruthie Haggar.

 

We also had Roland as butler. He was a temp but they made him permanent, in part because of our Style Card. We've had some truly GREAT butlers, but this gentleman was the tops!

 

If you get either of them, take good care of them because they will take good care of you.
