After docking what is the latest they will let you remain on the Sun

Our March cruise gets into Miami at 8 AM.

 

I do not fly out until 7pm. What is the latest I will be able to stay on the ship before they kick me onto the curb?

Are any of the restaurants open as passengers dis-embark? (is that a word:) ?)

 

Is it worth staying aboard as long as possible? Last year on the Star in LA, customs took forever, most of it spent waiting in line. I am more the type to wait untill all the lines have cleared so I can walk directally to the customs checkpoint.

The restaraunts close at 9:00. The buffet is open until a little after that.

 

Last week we stayed on board until about 10:15. At that point most every other passenger was gone and we could see the line forming for the next cruise.
