We have travelled to Jamaica several times over the years with friends.  Every trip, whether by cruise or all-inclusive, we have used Courtney Taylor Tours.  They have always been very friendly, prompt and informative.  They will take us pretty much wherever we ask, but they also have a lot of good ideas to help you decide.  This last trip, January 2019, we had Courtney himself drive us with an additional guide, Samantha.  They made the trip seem as if we were just hanging out with friends.  He took us all the way into the Blue Mountains to get some VERY FRESH coffee and to see how it is grown and processed.  We wanted to also make a trip to Scotchie's to eat on another day, but weren't quite sure what else to do.  Courtney recommended going to a place called Luminous Lagoon.  This was a very interesting place, apparently only three places in the world can you see this.  Thank you Courtney and Samantha for a great time!  We'll see you next time.  If you are considering hiring Courtney, do it.  You won't regret it.

Nice picture, the Blue Mountain is a great tour to consider when in Jamaica.

We are going on the FOS in early Sept. and have reservations with Courtney. We can hardly wait. Those of you who recently took a western caribbean cruise, can you tell us what sort of time difference there was (if any) in the ports. Our stops are Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Ochos Rios and Labadee. Always afraid we will miss our excursions. Thanks for the info. 🙂

Depending on where you sale from (Florida or Galveston) it's either an hour behind on the islands if from Florida and time is the same if from Galveston

The Blue Hole was perfect for someone who didn't want quite as vigorous excursion as the Dunn's River.  Van was clean and well maintained, our guide was friendly and spoke great English.  Back in plenty of time for the ship.

PEAT TAYLOR - where are you?  Does anyone have current contact info for Peat?  Is he still operating tours?  It's been several years since we've been to Ocho Rios and this time is very special as we are taking my husbands ashes to be scattered.  We used Peat many times in the past and really enjoyed his personal service.

Just got off the phone with Courtney Taylor. His tours and definitely up and running. He said you do not have to show him your vaccine cards or anything because that is done already when you board the Ship. Right now there are no masks mandate but if you feel more comfortable with one on then by all means wear it. You can communicate with him through his website, fill out the contact portion and chat through email. Or you can get his phone number off his tour website and call and ask your questions directly with him. That's what I did.

We used Courtney Taylor in July out of Montego Bay and had a great time. We arranged a private driver to to the Rastasafarie ATV tour and it was awesome. Our driver took us to his favorite place for jerk chicken and it was amazing! We will be booking them again for a private tour of blue hole and dunns out of Falmouth in January.

Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls are good choices. Cool%20Blue%20HOle.jpgcoolbluehole.com
