chef's table on the crown

can some one tell me if their is a chef's table on the crown and how much it cost. and dress code for it. ty:)

Hard to say from week to week whether the Crown will have it or not, they have been in the past month or so.

 

and the cost is $75 PP.

Hello!

 

We were on the Crown for the Feb 2nd Caribbean Explorer sailing and were fortunate enough "dine with the Chef" during our trip. His name is Martial Dufor.

 

The cost is as stated: $75.00 per person. This includes all food and wine/champagne pairings.

 

The 3 hour long event is one I would HIGHLY recommend to all who enjoy fine food and may be interested to learn how the galley(s) of a cruise ship operate.

 

Believe me when I tell you that the Chef and his ENTIRE staff make you feel like royalty during this event.

 

I don't want to ramble on too much but let me know if you're interested in seeing some pictures. I'm happy to share a few with you that should give you a flavor of the evening.

Oh yeah.........a couple more tidbits of info.

 

During our particular cruise, the Chef hosted this event on two different evenings.

 

The maitre'd (Nicola Furlan) also shared with me that on some cruises they have done as many as three in one week.
