Sterling Steakhouse Lunch

I have checked out just about every bit of info on the Cruising the Caribbean Princess website one of the posters on this board has compiled - love love love that site! There is a copy of a Quick Reference dining guide that shows Sterling Steakhouse is open for lunch the last sea day. Has anyone had lunch there and if so is it a different menu? Any info you have would be appreciated. Thank you! :)

Princess' WEB site states (or used to state) that their specialty restaurants were open on sea days for lunch. From what I have experienced and been told by others, the specialty restaurants are only open for dinner.

Some of the ships use the Speciality Restaurants for the most travelled passenger luncheons. We have attended them there and also in the regular dining room.

On the Diamond and Sapphire for instance, Sterling's is set up in the evening in part of the Horizon Court. As a result, it cannot be not open for lunch. Our experience has been that the specialty restaurants are open for dinner only.

The only time I have seen a speciality restauarnt open for lunch is as stated, for the most traveled luncheon on some ships. Other than that, I have yet to see them open one, even on a sea day for passengers to book for a lunchtime meal.

They used to open Sabatinis for lunch on sea days too but no mas. :)
