Joedog Posted March 1, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2008 which port are you talking about, Montego Bay or Ocho Rios?
Tinkrbell Posted March 1, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 1, 2008 It sounds like you are asking about Doctors Cave Beach in Montego Bay. You can see it from the ship. It is near town and Margaritaville. There is a shuttle from the cruise pier that goes there. There is also Sunset Beach Resort that is the other way from the ship. Sunset is an all inclusive beach and charges a day rate for cruise passengers.

lucy2mb Posted December 28, 2008 #6 Share Posted December 28, 2008 We are leaving soon to go to Ocho Rios. I asked the same question several weeks ago and never got an answer. We would like a safe, pretty beach. Hope someone can tell us about Turtle Beach SOON!!!
runner15km Posted December 28, 2008 #7 Share Posted December 28, 2008 Went to Turtle Beach 3 years ago and will return for a few hours in February. As you exit the pier stay to your left and walk past some small docks to the entrance. Back then there was a fee of $1.00 to enter the gated beach area which was free of vendors. The sand was soft and white with a gentle slope to the water. The sea was very gentle which was good for small children. There was a snack bar with food and drinks.
