Earliest You Can Board?

Recommended Posts

We are always there before noon. Last time on Sovereign we were they by 11:15, got checked in in about 5 minutes, then waited about 10 minutes for the doors to open. We were the 2nd couple on the ship.

Heading to Miami for the Liberty in 3 weeks and we plan to be at the terminal by 11. Since we are now Diamond, if we have to wait a little bit in the priority larea before we board, that is no an issue. Just want to get on as early as possible. ;)

Last year on Jewel Baltic cruise documents said boarding from 2.00pm. We arrived at noon as we live near by and was eating in Windjammer by 12.15pm. Clock at entrance to arrival hall said check in starting at 11.00am. We missed an hour of our vacation!

We usually board around noon, but a word of caution on the Liberty. Last fall we were called for disembarkment at 11:30 and there we more colors to come after that. Perhaps it was a customs fluke, but there were a ton of people waiting to get on when we left.

Pools are ready, bars are open, I believe the arcade is open. Rock Wall and Flow Rider are not open. Windjammer is open. Spa and gym are open for tour and appointments. Cabins open at 1. You can eat, get soda cards, sign kids up for adventure ocean and to get their wristbands for emergencies, get wine and dine package, Check out dining arrangements, Maitre D is usually in dining room at 1:30 (I may be wrong on time) so you can try to switch tables if you want. But nothing beats just sitting down w/ a beverage and the one(s) you love and giving a big AHHHH, WE are ON Vacation!!!!! Which is what I plan on doing, this Sunday on the Mariner!

Happy Sailing!
