Run of the Ship on Valor Feb.1st 2009??

I booked Valor for Feb. 1st 2009. What exactly does Run of the ship on the balcony class mean.My TA said they will put me where ever for $200 less for a balcony.Has anyone done this and did it work out good for them?? Thanks Dale

A "balcony guarantee" is just that. You're guaranteed a balcony [or potentially higher grade] cabin somewhere on the ship. Where...solely up to Carnival. I've had good/not so good luck. Others have had fantastic luck. Still others have had awful luck.

 

Basically, you're gambling. If you feel comfortable doing so--save the $200. If you don't...pay for a specific cabin
