babywewe Posted March 27, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2008 I will be in St. Thomas from 7am till 6. I was looking at Carnival excursions but the one I want is only offered from 12 - 4. This seems to kill the whole day as I couldn't really do much else. Anyone know of snorkel excursions I can book on my own? I see a lot of stuff on this board about private guides but not much about snorkel excursions esp. to st johns.
cruzecrittor1 Posted March 27, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2008 Did you check with Captain Omar at Interlinesail.com? He does both full and half day sails. I have snorkeled with them before, and highly recommend this tour. You don't want to miss snorkeling in those beautiful waters! Wish I were there.... dolphindreamer Posted March 29, 2008 #7 Share Posted March 29, 2008 I'd try Jolly Mon also, I went with them last week and they picked us up right there at the cruise ship dock. What a wonderful boat and overall trip. It was the highlight of our cruise. You can contact Gayle who is the owner. Her website is www.jollymonstthomas.com. You won't be disappointed. It was great! SailFan Posted April 5, 2008 #10 Share Posted April 5, 2008 We sailed with Island Girl and had a great time! The sea scooters were awesome! Captain Mike meet us right as we got off of the ship. Their web page address is yachtadventures.biz You will have a great time, we did! You will have time left over to shop also. :)
jlrn366419 Posted April 5, 2008 #11 Share Posted April 5, 2008 I just booked a morning half day sail and snorkel excursion with Jolly Mon for 05/07/08. The tender for the tour picks you up where the cruiseships dock so there is no traveling involved. She only takes 6 people but as of right now has room for 4 more.
