Privately book ATV excursion?

Is it possible to book an ATV excurison privately in Samana? And if so, can anyone tell me their experience? I can't go thru the cruise ship b/c my kids don't make the cut off for minimum age. I had to do this privately in cozumel b/c the ship required a minimum age of 16 to drive and 14 to ride. The funny thing is, the co. we used allowed children over 10 to ride second seat...was cheaper...and turned out to be the same co. the ship used! Crazy!
