caves? what are they? what do you do? lenght? time?

i want to go see the caves but i was just wondering what exactly you do when you get there? is there a walkway that you go through to look at everything? do you swim in them? how long would you normally be at them? any information! thanks!

There is definitely no wheelchair accessibility to either cave.
