Hi, we will be in Messina for one day this July, off a cruise. We are thinking of renting a car thru ARGUS RENTAL. Has any one used them ? Can you please give some feedback. Thanks so much for any info before i book.

I've seen other posts that were happy with them. On our July 4 port day, Avis was the lowest price rentals.

Please watch the times that the officies are open, and compare to your time in port. I canceled our Avis reservation once I noticed that the office hours wouldn't correspond to in port time. We're in port 7a-5p. Office hours were 9-1:30 then 4:30-to something. Couldn't do the car that way.

We've reserved private transportation with a small group.
