sassycruiser Posted October 11, 2004 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2004 Can anyone recommend a tequila tour? My husband and son are interested in doing one. We are on the Pride Feb 13, 2005. Thanks!
Dogfox Posted October 11, 2004 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2004 I don't know much about this place, but we are going there in Nov. This is in PV, you didn't say which city. http://www.tequilatour.com/

Dushi Posted October 14, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 14, 2004 Most of the "Tequila Factories" in PV are just stores that offer free tastings. They will have a "set/mockup" and will describe the process of tequila making and the difference in tequila quality.

JayS Posted October 14, 2004 #6 Share Posted October 14, 2004 On my cruise in 2001, I took one of the Carnival tours in PV. We went through the country side to one distillery. This look like something Budwiser would have been proud of. Stainless Steel and Chrome, etc. The samples were ok. We then went to one in the boondocks. The still was copper, looking like a moonshiners dream. The Tequila sample and the bottles brought home made some 25 year old Scotch seem like rotgut.
