How often do they change entertainment?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know how often they change entertainment on the ships? We are just off Mariner and thinking of taking her again in November and would like to know if we should expect the same shows or not.

Thanks to all who reply!!

The production shows will be the same and so will the Ice Skating show, but the comedian, juggler singer will probably be different...We have seen the shows several times and always enjoy them...Sometimes the comedian is one we have seen on another ship and we still go to see him too...Enjoy...Later, Jill:cool:

The productions show are the same for many months.

When we were on the Empress 11 night, some of the entertainers had the cabin next to us. There were three different people in there during the 11 nights.

They get on and off at different ports throughout the cruises and either change ships or fly to another place.

We have seen this many times on our B2B cruises also. Usually on our second week, there are all different acts as far as the singers, comedians, jugglers and etc..

You can find out who will be on your cruise by doing this.

You have to send an email to: web_reservations@rccl.com

In between the word web and the word reservations, you must put a _ (an "underscore")

It does not show up in the underlined address and will not work without it.

Give them your ships name, sailing date and reservation number and they will get back to you in about a week.

I usually do it 6-8 weeks before our cruises.

Does Liberty (or Freedom) have the same entertainment on Eastern and Western Caribbean routes or does it change for the folks who do a back to back.

thanks,

Steve

Whether or not their ships do alternate itineraries, the production shows will remain the same. Headliners may change weekly or be onboard for a series of cruises. Production shows, partly because of the expense of mounting them usually are on a particular ship for months, if not years. Since the company of singers and dancers change from time to time, you may find that you will have a different opinion of the same show depending upon the talents of the individual performers. If you want to know who will be performing on your particular cruise or cruises, follow the advice previously given and email web_reservations@rccl.com:) Remember to put an underscore between the words web and reservations.
