Cabin change after final docs

My original docs had "Ship Baggage Tag" information based on my original cabin. My new cabin is on a different deck, but the same general area of the ship (forward-port side). Would the "Quadrant/Sextant" information be the same? If not, how would I find out this information?

We changed our cabin after receiving final docs also and they told us to get luggage tags at the port.
