GetMeToABeach Posted June 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 21, 2008 We will soon be taking our first cruise with the kids 18 and 15, on the Carnival Legend. My 15-year-old son LOVES arcade games! Do you put them on your Sea Pass? Do you have to use quarters? Do we need to take out a second mortgage?! :p
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 21, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 21, 2008 I've never played Arcade games, so I can't answer, but although you may eventually get an answer here, why don't you post this question on the Carnival board? You may get replies there before you can blink! EM
4cruizers Posted June 21, 2008 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2008 Just clarified with my 16 y/o son, you cannot plug quarters directly into the game. There is a machine that you can put money in and get tokens. Also, you can use your S&S. He said when you use this and spend maybe $20.00, you will get an extra 20 tokens. What we do is allow him to spend so much on his S&S for the gameroom. If he wants to spend above and beyond that, well he can pay us back or use his own cash for tokens. My husband holds him to the agreement, trying to make him responsible. Now we just have to figure out the agreement for our 21 y/o this year regarding drinks. LOL Of course, I am not worried. He is very responsible.
GetMeToABeach Posted June 21, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted June 21, 2008 Great! Thanks so much. I don't have to worry about alcohol yet, but DD just turned 18 and DH, an avid black jack player, said he's taking her to the casino to learn to play black jack! Maybe I DO need to look into that 2nd mortgage, LOL!
