Star Princess 10/24/2004 cancelling Two Ports

We just found out that Star Princess in cancelling Grand Cayman and Private Island. We two sons that are going just found out from Princess operators. They are getting an extra day at sea and switching to Costa Maya. Does anyone know what is a good excursion in Costa Maya. The cruise line doesn't even have contracts set for that day at port there yet.

They are looking for snorkeling and diving or beach activities.
