Bar Prices--Any higher than last year?

Just wonder if anyone noticed if the bar prices are higher (like everything else) than last year on Princess? :confused:

It's fascinating but these type of posts seldom get many answers, which is strange when the majority of posters profess to dissapprove of bringing your own booze on board, in which case you would expect them all to be experts in bar prices.

I'm sorry I can't help even though I have sailed this year, I leave you to judge why!;)

Post the info when you get back. I sail later this month and need to know how many $100 bills to hold back for the bar.....

I figure about 3.75 for beers,and 6-7$ for mixed and tropical drinks,that should be relatively close:))));)

I'll be off on the Emerald next week and will try to remember to post an answer. I always find drink prices to be more than reasonable. My only complaint is the brands of beer they carry... we are doing the med so hopefully there will be some interesting ones.

Pretty close bubbadog. When we were on the Golden a few months back I think my Sapphire & tonics were $6.45 incl gratuity. Not bad at all.

 

I certainly can't get one here for that.:D

yeah i think it is about 5-6 for mixed drinks i dont know about beers i had a captain and diet and i think it was like $5.50 with the tip

If that list is correct, it looks like Guiness all week for me when we hit Crown Princess in November. Last year on Carnival they had Stella Artois. I love American beer...just not the mass market stuff. It'd be nice to see a Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada.
