Two couples landing in LAX and heading to San Pedro. What is our best bet for transportation to port with a stop at a decent place to purchase wine? Where should we stop?

Thanks for all advice.

What hotel are you staying at and what time are you getting in?

I'm wondering the same thing as OffTheVine there...

Are you stopping and staying at a hotel in San Pedro?

Or, are you just going from the airport directly to the cruise?

If you are going directly, then for two couples it would be the best and most economical to get a taxi (but a mini-van one, not a sedan one).

Then, call or email Michael at OffTheVine, and tell him what you want (wine-wise).

You could stop the cab right there on the street parking outside his wine shop, and I'm sure he'd have everything ready and waiting for you.

You could hop in and out in about a minute.

Then it's just right down 6th street and to the left for the cruise center.

That would be the easiest and make the most economic sense in my mind...

(Sorry Michael, I hope you don't mind I keep sending people with extra concerns your way, but you are just so A#1 in customer service - I can't help it).

We are flying in direct from SFO and will contact Michael at Off The Vine, place an order, take a taxi with a quick stop to pick up the order.

Thank you for all the help. Just gotta take care of the important stuff!
