Costa Maya arrival time confusion

:confused: Maybe someone can clear up the time changes for me. I am leaving on RCL Explorer of the Seas in a few weeks for the Western Carribean. The iteneray says we arrive in Costa Maya at 7am. However, I am looking at a shore excursion that calls itself "Clear Kayak and Lobster Luch Beach Break". It sounds like it could be a lot of fun, but the shore excursion info says it leaves at 7am for a three hour excursion. How can that be? I don't want to be eating a lobster lunch at 10 in the morning.

 

My call to the shore excursion desk has not cleared up this seemingly (hopefuly) incorrect time listing. Is it becaus of the time difference between EST and whatever zone we will be in in Mexico?
