hulahoops Posted August 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2008 We booked an inside guarantee. We got our cabin assignment and it's in the Cafe Promenade. I assume this is sort of an upgrade?

Tranquil Waters Posted August 21, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 21, 2008 We booked an inside guarantee. We got our cabin assignment and it's in the Cafe Promenade. I assume this is sort of an upgrade? Last time I checked the Cafe Promenade did not have any beds.... so probably not much of an upgrade. Would probably be a bit lacking in privacy as well..... :D :D :D
Merion_Mom Posted August 21, 2008 #4 Share Posted August 21, 2008 We booked an inside guarantee. We got our cabin assignment and it's in the Cafe Promenade. I assume this is sort of an upgrade? I assume that you mean that it is a Promenade cabin, which has a bay window overlooking the Royal Promenade. This is the most expensive category of interior cabin. :)

vmom Posted August 21, 2008 #6 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Yes, that's an upgrade and you'll love a promenade cabin! It's an inside with a view.
Tranquil Waters Posted August 21, 2008 #7 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Yes, you all know what I mean. Don't harass me :p Who us?????? ;) BTW, we are generally balcony or suite people but have done PR cabins twice when we were doing cheapie getaways. PR cabin is wonderful alternative to basic inside cabin!
cb at sea Posted August 21, 2008 #8 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Which ship? On Navigator and Mariner, you will lose 5 sq. ft of space in a promenade!

uksimonusa Posted August 21, 2008 #10 Share Posted August 21, 2008 We booked an inside guarantee. We got our cabin assignment and it's in the Cafe Promenade. I assume this is sort of an upgrade? Technically not an upgrade. A promenade stateroom is in the interior catagory, but, in most peoples opinion, is a lot better than an interior interior:D
