Just got La Concha Dec 12-14 for $121

was $121 the bid on this 4 star or was it the final amount with taxes added?

im curious How do you know that the resorts were going for $25 higher?

 

i got it for a bid of $116 plus taxes dec 5-7 and dec 14-15

The $121 was before taxes. I tried $116 but it was rejected.

 

I was trying for resort level first, got to $131, rejected, and Priceline said I could submit for $22 more this one time, making it $153+taxes. It would not let me go lower. I would have to wait 24 hours before submitting a bid lower than $153 for resort, so instead I went for 4 star. So, I figure I could have gotten resort for $153, or really $32 (not $25) more than 4 star.
