tommy275 Posted September 14, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2008 Hi everyone, Just wondering if there's WiFi in the cabings on the Navigator. I understand there is "ship-wide" WiFi, but I'm hoping that it's designed to reach the cabins as well as the common areas. I tend to do a lot of online travel research when traveling (like reading this board, for example) and am hoping for a reliable internet connection from the comfort of the cabin. Thanks! traveller333 Posted September 14, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2008 You should be fine Tommy although the closer you are to the computer room, the better the WiFi seems to work. If you're way forward or aft, it may be a bit more tentative.

Portolan Posted September 14, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 14, 2008 There are wireless nodes throughout the ship...it isn't a signal broadcast from the computer center. There will be some cabin to cabin variation, of course, since the access points seemed to be every 3-4 cabins down the corridor. Position within the cabin may make some difference as well, but I had no problem from the desk in #722 (portside, forward).
