Which beaches do the cruise ships take people to??

We were just wondering which beach the cruises take the people? In caymen we went with the ship and it was wall to wall people.........not our idea of fun. The same was true in St. Thomas so...........we hope to avoid the crowds but to visit a nice beach for some sun and fun. Anyone know?
