shopping advice

The thing my daughter (16 yrs. old) likes best to do on a cruise is to shop for "knock offs" of brand name purses. We have gotten some great ones in Belize and St. Martin, but have never seen any in Cozumel. Just recently I read a review where someone mentioned seeing them there. If you have bought some knock offs in Cozumel, could you tell me approx where. We will be eating at Pancho's Backyard and shopping in that general area.

I saw LOTS of knock-off sunglasses in Cozumel. However, I do not remember seeing any purses. But I went to Belize the next day! :D

As far as knockoff purses....you might try Roger's Boots. Unfortunately we have been to so many ports and usually pop into the Roger's Boots that I don't remember if it was Cozumel or not.

 

Belize is really the place she would LOVE if she is into knockoff purses.

 

We will be in Cozumel in a few weeks...I will keep an eye out. If I find a store I will come back on here and post the name and location.

You are right, the best ones we have seen so far are in Belize. Much better quality than the ones we bought in St. Martin. Unfortunately, we will be on our cruise when you get back so we won't know which store you post about. I guess we will just look around and hope we find something.

There was one store in Cozumel I went in where there were *some* purses. It was mostly a leather-goods store (leather purses and boots) but there were some knockoffs there as well.
