I used Peat Taylor for my stop in Ocho Rios for the same tour of Dunn's River, Tubing and sight-seeing. Peat was reliable, trustworthy, entertaining and professional. He gets to the places before the rest of the crowd from the cruise excursions because with him you go with smaller groups and does the falls first to beat the crowd. You cannot go wrong using this guy and his prices are great. I would definately recommend Peat, his service was great and price was reasonable.

I recently did the tour of Dunn's River Falls and River Tubing with Peat Taylor. The excursion was excellent, we got to both attractions before the crowd from cruise ship.
