Conquest and Sushi?

Is the Sushi Bar open every night? I was looking at some Capers from August 08 and it listed the Sushi Bar on just certain nights from 5-8:30. My husband loves sushi and I was hoping it would be available every night...does someone know?

I honestly can't remember if it was open every evening, but we were very disappointed. It wasn't a sushi bar like we would go to in a restaurant, but more of a small counter that offered just a handful of choices. We're serious sushi lovers (DH lived in Japan), so maybe we're super picky, but we didn't think it was that good. We tried it one night and didn't bother going back. I will say that it is probably better than the sushi you get at the supermarket, though!

I don't think it was open the first night, but I am pretty sure every night after that. We switched to late dining after the second night and we had sushi everynight for the sunset!
